＊CD商品とその他商品を同時にご購入された場合は別送になります。

配送日数について
基本的には配送完了後、2〜3日で到着いたします。（離島などの場合は3〜4日かかる場合もございます。）なお、自然災害や大規模な催し等が開催される地域においてはその限りではございません。予めご了承ください。
発送完了時にトラッキングナンバーをお知らせいたします。
About Delivery Times
Orders generally arrive within 2–3 business days of dispatch. (Remote islands and similar areas may take 3–4 days.) Please note that delivery times may be affected by natural disasters or large-scale events in certain areas. We appreciate your understanding.

不在時の対応について

If You Are Not Home
If you are not available at the time of delivery, a missed delivery notice will be left. Please contact the delivery carrier directly to arrange redelivery.

梱包の際は外箱にキズや凹みが付かないよう十分に配慮の上、出荷準備をいたしますが、配送業者に引き渡し後、輸送中に何らかのトラブルや配送業者の責任によって損傷などが発生する可能性がございます。本体のご使用にあたって支障のない範囲の外箱のキズや凹み等はご容赦いただけますようお願い申し上げます。
About Damage During Shipping
We take every precaution to ensure your order is packed securely before dispatch. However, once the package is handed over to the carrier, there is a possibility that damage may occur during transit due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier handling. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding minor scuffs or dents to outer packaging that do not affect the product itself.
