Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return up to 14 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Your receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. We will not accept any items returned prior to your return request.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so we can assess the issue and address it appropriately.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Customized items (special orders, personalized items, etc.) and certain types of products are non-returnable. If you have any questions about a specific product, please contact us.
We regret that we are unable to accept returns on custom-made items or gift cards.
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and purchase a new one separately once your return has been accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing a valid reason. As above, but the merchandise must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and disburse your refund.
