Article 1 Application of these Terms
These terms of use define the terms of use for this project, "Create with freesscape family 'Finding my zero' music video." (hereinafter referred to as "this project"). All participants (hereinafter referred to as "users") must abide by these terms when participating in this project.
These Terms and Conditions shall govern all relationships between you and freescape regarding your participation in this Project.
Article 2 Intellectual Property Rights, etc.
The user warrants that the submitted file does not infringe any intellectual property rights, such as copyright, or portrait rights, of any third party. If the submitted file is likely to infringe any intellectual property rights, the user shall obtain any necessary licenses at the user's own responsibility and expense, and freesscape shall not bear any responsibility. Please note that if freesscape incurs any damages (including compensation for damages, litigation costs, and attorney's fees) as a result of the user's participation in this project, freesscape will bill the user for such costs.
Article 3 Disclaimer
Freesscape is under no obligation to individually screen, review, or manage the information in image files uploaded by users.
Article 4 Prohibited matters
When participating in this project, users are prohibited from engaging in the following acts:
- Any act that infringes the intellectual property rights, publication rights, portrait rights, confidential information, or any other rights of a third party.
- Actions that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals
- Actions related to criminal activity
- Any act that destroys or interferes with the functioning of a server or network
- Collecting or storing personal information about other users
- Impersonating other users
- Any act of directly or indirectly providing benefits to anti-social forces in relation to this project.
- Any other conduct that Freesscape deems inappropriate
Article 5: Regarding submitted image files
We will create a music video using the image files provided by the user. After the music video is created, we will make it available online through a video uploading service such as YouTube.
Please note that submitted image files will be stored for 7 days after the music video is released, but will be destroyed after that date and will not be returned.
Article 6 Suspension of provision of this project
If freesscape determines that any of the following circumstances exist, it may suspend or discontinue provision of all or part of this Project without prior notice to the user.
- Freesscape is a book If it is determined that it is difficult to deliver the project
Freesscape shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by users or third parties, regardless of the reason, as a result of the suspension or interruption of the provision of this Project.
Article 7 Use of Personal Information
Any personal information of users that becomes known in connection with participation in this project will be handled in accordance with the " Privacy Policy (Personal Information Protection Policy) " separately established by freesscape music.
